Unionpart ( Suzhou ) Co., Ltd., was established in November 2006, located at Xiangcheng District of Suzhou city, which has beautiful scenery and developed industries, is one of professional manufacturer for die-casting parts by zinc alloy and aluminum alloy. Our registered capital is 2,000,000RMB, with 10 equipments for die-casting and 2 nd operations. We can gather injection molding, stamping, machining, assembling and other processes, provide the "one-stop" work style service and the increment solution for the customers.

We have mould designing, manufacturing as well as the die-casting processing technology, the precision of zinc die-casting can reach 0.01 millimeter, we can make components for you with low costs, the complex shapes, high precision, ultra-thin wall and the external thread, either stable quality of zinc die-casting parts, or good machining performance and light weight of aluminum die-casting parts. We apply cavity filling software simulation to verify the mould design, it integrated our experience. That will shorten mould lead time and increase the part performance. Our engineers can support customer in die casting parts' concept, design and production phrase, for customer to save cost and reduce time to market.
